Well, it has been some time since I've posted an update, nearly 2 weeks. Honestly, I have not done a thing since then. I missed out on swimming this past Monday and Friday, no cardio, weight training, or even the Wii-Fit! Upsetting isn't it?
With all this being said, it wouldn't be hard to believe that I would've gained some weight. On the flip side though, I believe my metabolism is raging on with every meal I consume. Since the last update, the above has (or has not) happened, in regards to exercising and all. So it was quite shocking when I turned the Wii Fit back on to discover I've lost an additional 8.4 lbs! Amazing right?!
I'm sure my weight loss will, sooner or later, come to a screeching halt. Until then, I'm enjoying my (loosely-based) diet and my (non-existent) work-out plan that has been benefiting me so! I really do need to work out though so I can be straight DIESEL by this time next year.
If you guys were not keeping count, by the way, I'm just a little over 308 lbs. I'll get the official weigh-in though on Thursday, December 18th.

Hey the main thing is to make sure that no matter what you do to lose weight make sure that you have fun doing it. **HONESTY MOMENT HERE** After having 3 kids in 6 years, i gained A LOT of weight. I was 135 before the first and after the last i got up to 235 (only got down to 212 even after the baby was out) I have been doing my own little "work out" and no with 3 kids i have not been all that dedicated at some times because time is a very limited thing around here. But i have managed to make playing Dance Dance Revolution a very family oriented activity in my home and have even managed to spread this positive approach to "get up off the couch" to my father's household of 4 girls ranging from 4 years old to 18. I am now (as of like 3 weeks ago) down to 183 and my little girl is 2 1/2. I have so much more to go because i want to get down to at least 150. But the easiest way for me is to have a workout buddy. It is always more fun with someone else rather than by yourself. Just keep your head up and try not to get discouraged. I have at times also. Due to medication and some other medical issues that i have encountered, my weight does fluctuate at times but i do know that it is in mine and my kids best interest to keep myself healthy and moving. Keep your head up dont get too discouraged if things dont seem to be going fast enough, these kind of things take time. I had to learn that myself, and when i did it made the whole situation a whole lot easier to deal with.
